I got this question on Twitter about four days ago, and this is the first chance I've had to answer it.
I'm going to assume first off that you don't have a Daddy/Dom/Sir to turn to with this kind of question, and that based on the way you formed the question that this "just happened" where with a Daddy/Dom/Sir this may not have happened at all.
