Saving The House

Even before Jerry left for college Kyle hung out at Jerry's house a lot, they were best friends forever. It was only a week after Jerry left that his parents told him they were getting a divorce. They were staying together for him, but now that he was leaving they were splitting up.

It wasn't like Jerry and Kyle hadn't seen it coming. Still, it was a surprise when Jerry's dad, Brian announced they were going to sell the house. That house had become a refuge for Kyle, a second home when things at his own house next door were too crazy. He asked Brian if there was any way he could avoid selling the house.

It turned out Brian couldn't afford the payments on his own. He needed about an extra grand a month to be able to keep the house. That's when Kyle knew he could keep Brian next door.  He offered to rent a room from Brian for that amount every month. He was sure he could get ten men a month  to fuck his pussy for a hundred each if he had a place to entertain them. Brian was reluctant at first, but when Kyle said he could have all the freebies he wanted, he agreed. That's when Brian really fell in love with Kyle and the work he was doing to save the house for him.
